Ferriere Bellicini has adopted an Organizational, Management, and Control Model, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, with the aim of preventing any unlawful conduct and exempting the company from applicable administrative and criminal liability in the event of a crime potentially punishable under the Decree. In addition to adopting Model 231, recognizing the importance of social and environmental risks arising from business activities, the Company identifies and manages operational, strategic, financial, and compliance risks through continuous monitoring of the relevant functions. Among the key documents related to the Organizational Model is the Code of Ethics, which constitutes the Company's general principles and rules of conduct and represents a contractual addendum with legal force. The Code of Ethics is the fundamental tool for communicating internally and externally the Company's commitment to adopting behaviors based on the highest standards of transparency, integrity, and loyalty, and to strictly complying with applicable laws. The Code is also an essential element of the internal control system, and compliance by all stakeholders contributes to the prevention of irregularities and crimes. To ensure the functioning, effectiveness, adequacy, and compliance with the 231 Organizational Model and to prevent any crime that could result in the Company's administrative and criminal liability, a Supervisory Body (SB) has been established with supervisory and control functions.
